High-level reporting to executive committee / executive management ### **Job description** Daily rate: 325 **Context** This role sits within the Cybersecurity Projects team of the Digital \& IT Department of a large international industrial group. This cross\-functional team manages cyber projects in support of expert teams (CyberSOC, infrastructure security, application security, industrial security, compliance). The role is part of the rollout of the 2026–2028 Cybersecurity Strategic Roadmap. **Key differentiator:** unlike a similar role already filled on an IT\-only scope, this profile will work primarily on the **OT scope (industrial information systems)**. **Main Responsibilities** The core mission is to **coordinate the deployment of cybersecurity tools across industrial sites worldwide**. The project manager has no technical action to perform on the deployment itself; their role is to ensure deployment progresses across the sites. Two concrete projects are identified: * **Industrial inventory solution:** project started earlier this year. Complete the deployment on critical sites by year\-end, then track the rollout across the remaining sites. * **Industrial EDR solution:** a task force to ensure that, across all critical sites, all assets are covered by the solution (project linked to the inventory project). * Depending on workload, the possibility to contribute to other projects within the industrial cyber team. These projects are directly tied to the cyber strategy, and their progress is **reported to the highest level of leadership (executive committee / executive management)**. **Additional Activities** * Lead projects from scoping to delivery (objectives, scope, risk assessment). * Ensure regular monitoring and reporting (prepare and run project committees, attend steering committees, produce presentations for cyber governance bodies, maintain project portfolio tools). * **Budget tracking** of projects (including invoicing). * Ensure compliance with internal and external security standards (internal security policies, NIS2, GDPR, etc.). * Take part in RFI/RFP processes and the renewal of security solutions, in coordination with the other cyber teams and the purchasing department. **Stakeholders** * Group\-level industrial (OT) Security Officer, and the members of their expert team. * Business Security Officers across regions and countries. * On\-site cybersecurity champions and factory IT teams. **Candidate Profile** The client favors a **proactive profile**. These projects **do not require strong technical expertise**, but do require: * Significant **proactivity** and a strong sense of autonomy. * Strong **interpersonal skills** (coordinating multiple stakeholders across industrial sites worldwide). Additional requirements: * Master's degree. * At least 3 years of project management experience, ideally in a cyber / IT / OT environment. * Skills: project management (expert), reporting / KPI / PMO (expert), cybersecurity fundamentals (advanced), IT fundamentals (advanced). * **Fluent / bilingual English** (essential given the international scope). * Soft skills: communication with executive, technical, and operational stakeholders; ability to simplify complex topics; autonomy; team spirit. **Terms** * **On\-site presence:** 3 days per week on site.
