Job Summary: Richemont is seeking an IT Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure best practices in quality and product testing throughout the development lifecycle, supporting cross-functional teams. Richemont is recruiting an IT Quality Assurance Specialist to join the OmniCS team in Moscavide, under a hybrid work model and full-time contract. The role will focus on the strategy, execution, and monitoring of quality and testing activities for developed products, ensuring sound QA practices throughout the development lifecycle. Richemont is one of the world’s leading luxury groups, bringing together several Maisons specializing in high-end jewelry, watchmaking, and accessories, with a strong commitment to quality, tradition, creativity, and innovation. **Job Reference:** JR130476 **Responsibilities:** Contribute to defining, planning, scheduling, and executing QA activities; Support the engineering team with QA recommendations throughout the development lifecycle; Support the Product Team in estimating and validating test effort; Review functional specifications and translate them into detailed test cases and test scripts; Produce test specifications with concrete data; Execute tests during System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing, in collaboration with project teams; Take ownership of QA-related tickets, including bugs, test phases, and test runs; Support the Technical Leader and Product Owner in identifying risks and defining corrective actions; Plan, organize, and coordinate product testing phases, such as integration testing, user acceptance testing, and regression testing; Communicate quality standards and parameters to QA teams, product development teams, and other stakeholders; Work with cross-functional teams—including Developers, Scrum Masters, and Architects—to improve processes and provide recommendations; Identify, document, and report defects to the development team prior to production release; Maintain and update test cases and scripts as the product evolves; Respond to functional and non-functional requirements, with emphasis on application performance and security; Analyze failure metrics to identify bugs before they reach end users; Strengthen test suites with necessary scenarios to cover identified failures; Contribute to QA best practices and guidelines for developed products; Produce QA reports and share them with appropriate audiences; Manage technical and business stakeholders, adapting communication to the target audience; Participate in Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives; Keep activity status updated in Jira. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; At least 3 years of experience as a QA Engineer or QA Specialist within a software engineering department or organization; Solid knowledge of test management tools such as Zephyr; Good understanding of software quality assurance principles; Strong communication skills and high attention to detail; Proficiency with MS Excel; Familiarity with technological concepts such as APIs, event-driven architectures, and cloud hosting; Excellent command of English, both written and spoken; Knowledge of Agile methodologies and associated ceremonies, such as Scrum and Kanban. **Preferred Qualifications:** Experience delivering integration projects from initial study phase through to stabilization in production; Knowledge of additional languages, such as French.
