Application Support Engineer

Job Summary: We are seeking a professional with experience in application support, monitoring, incident management, and deployments, available for rotating shifts in a hybrid work model. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in application support and incident management. 2. Knowledge of monitoring tools (Dynatrace, BSM) and batch processes (Control-M). 3. What we are looking for? * At least 3 years of experience in application support. * Solid experience with monitoring tools, especially Dynatrace and BSM. * Experience managing incidents using JIRA. * Knowledge of batch processes with Control\-M, including task verification and execution. * Experience in production deployments using OutSystems and Jenkins. * Availability for rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night), in a hybrid model: 1 remote day, 3 office days, and 2 days off. * Eligible to work in Portugal (Portuguese citizen or foreign national with valid work authorization). * Fluency in Portuguese (mandatory).
