Stock organization and control **Main Responsibilities** * Face-to-face and telephone customer service * Technical advice on products and construction materials * Support throughout the sales process, including quotations and invoicing * Restocking and organizing goods in the store and warehouse * Receiving, checking, and shelving goods * Stock control and support in conducting inventories * Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the store and warehouse * Administrative support for simple tasks (record keeping, orders, computer system) **Requirements** * Experience in retail, customer-facing roles, or warehouse functions (preferred) * Knowledge of construction materials or DIY (valued) * Strong communication skills and customer orientation * Organizational ability and sense of responsibility * Team spirit and dynamism * Availability to work on Saturdays * Basic computer skills (POS, invoicing, Excel) * Proactive, responsible, and punctual individual * Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team * Professional appearance and commercial attitude * Results-oriented and focused on customer satisfaction **Offer** * Remuneration: €920 \+ overtime * Meal card: €10.46 per day * Initial and ongoing training Location: Venteira \- Amadora Working Hours: Monday to Friday with rotating Saturday shifts Type of Position: Full-time Payment: €920.00 per month Benefits: * Meal card/ticket Work Location: On-site
