Job Summary: The Operations Assistant ensures a safe and memorable experience for customers by managing tasks such as check-in and sales, optimizing visitor flow, and participating in decision-making. Teamwork to self-assess performance and propose improvements. **The Role: Operations Assistant/Operations Assistant** * Always be available and appropriately positioned to assist and ensure the customer experience is safe and memorable, safeguarding Quake’s culture and brand; * Perform tasks including check\-in, ticket sales, shop/café sales and inventory management, group reservation management, etc.; * Participate in managing visitor flow to minimize delays and maximize customer experience; * Positively embrace change and identify original and innovative approaches and solutions to short- and long-term challenges; * Together with the operations team, and guided by a critical mindset, be capable of self-assessing personal and team performance regarding achievement of key business objectives, developing ideas for potential improvements at any stage of the visit or process; * Respond positively to any operational challenges, as they may arise at any time, and participate in operational decision-making during crises or incidents. **Qualifications and Skills:** * Fluent in English (**eliminatory criterion**); * Energy and dynamism; * Passion for customer service and teamwork; * Friendly and empathetic personality; * Ability to work well under pressure and in stressful situations; * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactivity; * Availability to work shifts and on weekends. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Degree in Management/Tourism Business Management/Hospitality Management or similar; * Experience in operations and customer service; * Interest/Knowledge of new technologies, audiovisuals, and/or history; * Proficiency in working with numbers, cash handling, and mathematical reasoning; * Fluency in multiple languages.
