Role Summary We seek a professional to join the Marketing and Communications team with a strong focus on data analysis and campaign performance. The role involves managing digital marketing and CRM platforms, analyzing customer behavior, monitoring performance metrics, and supporting the implementation of commercial and digital campaigns. The objective is to transform data into strategic insights, contributing to campaign optimization, improved customer communication, and data-driven marketing decisions. Key Responsibilities: * Analyze marketing campaign results and propose performance improvements. * Monitor and interpret marketing KPIs and commercial metrics. * Produce campaign and communications performance reports and dashboards. * Analyze customer, billing, and purchase behavior data to support commercial strategies. * Manage and optimize marketing and CRM platforms (Salesforce and Pardot). * Create, publish, and monitor digital content and campaigns. * Support the planning and execution of commercial campaigns. * Update content and information on company websites. * Ensure the quality and up-to-date status of the customer database. * Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align strategies and campaigns. * Monitor indicators and processes of the Marketing Quality Management System. Candidate Profile: * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Data Analysis, or related fields. * Interest in or experience with marketing-oriented data analysis. * Experience with or exposure to CRM / Marketing Automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, Pardot, or similar). * Strong analytical skills and results orientation. * Good organization, autonomy, and teamwork ability. * Strong written and digital communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience with data analysis, dashboards, or reporting. * Experience with or exposure to CRM / Marketing Automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, Pardot, or similar). * Knowledge of digital marketing and campaign performance analysis. * Experience in digital content management and web platforms.
