We seek a professional with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions, working closely with multidisciplinary teams. **Key Responsibilities** * Elicit, analyze, and validate functional requirements from various business areas; * Prepare clear and detailed functional documentation, ensuring technical teams correctly understand the requirements; * Define, prepare, and execute functional tests, ensuring developed solutions meet requirements and established quality standards; * Monitor different phases of the development lifecycle, collaborating on identifying and resolving potential deviations; * Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and continuously collaborate with development and business teams. **Technical Profile** * Experience in analyzing and specifying functional requirements; * Knowledge and experience in designing and executing functional tests; * Experience in projects developed using **Scrum** or other Agile frameworks; * Experience in the **Banking** sector, with preference given to familiarity with its processes and systems. **What We Value** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; * Analytical thinking and problem-solving orientation; * Organizational ability, autonomy, and team spirit; * Proactivity and focus on continuous improvement.
