Therefore, we are recruiting for the position of Waiter/Waitress, seeking a professional who can integrate into a dynamic, ambitious Group that prioritizes internal career progression for its employees. **Responsibilities** Welcome and attend to customers; Apply the Group's Customer Service Model, strictly following all its steps to ensure service excellence; Ensure seamless coordination between front-of-house service and kitchen/bar to uphold the Lowfat Group’s service excellence standards; Record orders and process payments using electronic equipment; Perform suggestive selling to customers; Maintain workplace safety, cleanliness, and hygiene; Practice active listening at all times; Advise customers according to their profiles and our menu; Monitor tables during customers’ stay in the restaurant and respond promptly to their requests; Maintain and care for work tools. **Desired Profile:** Professional experience in restaurant customer service (preferred); Strong communication skills and empathy; Availability to work rotating shifts; Work location: On-site
