To strengthen our Talent Acquisition team, we have openings for Talent Acquisition Trainee. **Your Role:** * Screen and analyze resumes; * Schedule candidates for group sessions and interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience; * Manage candidate selection processes with attention to detail; * Maintain updated recruitment databases and platforms with accurate and organized information; * Participate in job fairs, university events, and employer branding initiatives. As your skills and ambitions evolve, we will work with you to identify future opportunities, projects, and career paths within our organization. **Your Profile:** * Recent graduate/Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Social and Organizational Psychology, Social Sciences and Humanities, or related field; * Strong English and Spanish language skills (preferred); * Proficiency as an end-user of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); * Interest in developing competencies in IT recruitment; * Excellent communication skills, interpersonal abilities, and team spirit; * Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and attention to detail.
