If you possess strong communication and organizational skills, this opportunity is for you! **Responsibilities:** \- Receive stakeholders, clients, candidates, or suppliers at the reception; \- Provide telephone support and forward calls as needed; \- Schedule meetings and book meeting rooms; \- Organize and coordinate specific services during events — catering, coffee breaks, etc.; \- Support travel arrangements; \- Provide daily support in invoice management; \- Coordinate office suppliers (cleaning, air conditioning companies, office supplies, etc.); \- Provide general administrative support. **Requirements:** \- Minimum education: 12th grade. \- Experience in reception and customer service; \- Strong communication skills in both Portuguese and English (spoken and written); \- Professional appearance and demeanor; \- Availability for working hours from 09:00 to 18:00, Monday to Friday. \- Availability for a Temporary Employment Contract: replacement for sick leave of 2 or more months; **Offer:** \- Base salary: €1000; \- Meal allowance: €7.63; Type of offer: Temporary or Fixed-Term Employment Contract Contract duration: 2 months Payment: €950.00 – €1,000.00 per month Benefits: * Meal card/ticket
