The selected candidate will be responsible for: * Diagnosing training needs in collaboration with other teams; * Designing and coordinating the Annual Training Plan, including onboarding, upskilling, and reskilling; * Developing leadership, mentoring, and career development programs; * Evaluating the impact of training initiatives and promoting innovative methodologies; * Managing vendors and ensuring the quality of training initiatives.
