The selected candidate will be responsible for: * Diagnosing training needs in collaboration with other teams; * Designing and coordinating the Annual Training Plan, including onboarding, upskilling, and reskilling; * Developing leadership, mentoring, and career development programs; * Evaluating the impact of training initiatives and promoting innovative methodologies; * Managing vendors and ensuring the quality of training initiatives. Key **application requirements** include: * Academic background and professional experience aligned with the role's objectives; * Solid experience in Learning \& Development; * Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills; * Strategic thinking; * Good command of English (spoken and written).
