Leadership spirit and strong sense of responsibility Job Details: A Civil Construction and Engineering company is seeking a Construction Site Supervisor to join its engineering department and advance their career, with the following profile: Candidate Profile: \- Work experience in building rehabilitation and construction projects, as well as urban infrastructure projects. \- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Construction Site Supervisor. \- Ability to independently command and direct all on-site work, including excavation, structural works, masonry, special finishes, carpentry, tiling and plastering, painting, electrical installations, and plumbing. \- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings across various disciplines. \- Leadership spirit; \- Dynamism and strong sense of responsibility; \- Ability to work autonomously, proactively, and rigorously. \- Responsible for equipment control and work planning. IMPORTANT NOTE AND ELIMINATORY CRITERION: Residence in the areas of: Santarém, Benavente, Samora Correia. Immediate availability to start. Valid driver’s license.
