About the Role: The Kitchen Operator will be responsible for ensuring kitchen hygiene, organization, and operation; preparing hot meals; and carefully presenting items at the buffet—always guaranteeing high standards of quality and service. Responsibilities: Maintenance and Hygiene: * Keep the kitchen clean, hygienic, and organized; * Perform regular cleaning of countertops, utensils, and equipment; * Ensure maintenance and cleaning of equipment in use. Meal Preparation: * Prepare hot meals whenever required; * Plate items destined for the buffet. Organization and Control: * Receive and properly store goods; * Check product condition and expiry dates; * Organize refrigerated chambers and storage areas; * Reorganize the workspace as needed. Presentation and Buffet: * Arrange and decorate items at buffets, ensuring an appealing presentation. Other Information: * Rotating shifts with rotating days off; * Work location: Humberto Delgado Airport – Lisbon.
