Richemont is recruiting a Tech Team Lead to join the Retail Engagement area of Richemont Group Technology in Moscavide, under a hybrid work model and full-time employment.
The role will focus on overseeing catalog capabilities and related applications, assuming responsibilities as an IT Solution Owner in a global, multi-Maison environment.

**Responsibilities:**
Lead the technology team, promoting Agile values and practices by example;
Define clear roles and objectives for internal and external team members;
Monitor team performance through regular reviews;
Develop technical and behavioral competencies of team members according to individual and product-area needs;
Foster a customer-centric, collaborative, trusting, and transparent culture;
Identify team capability needs in alignment with the Product Area Manager;
Coordinate project stakeholders across teams distributed across different countries, time zones, and management levels;
Work with technology teams to track dependencies, risks, and constraints;
Coordinate all project phases, from initiation through stabilization post-production launch;
Ensure project communication and report progress to the Product Area Manager;
Support the definition of contracts with external vendors within the available budget;
Collaborate on fiscal-year budget planning and anticipate expenses for the scope;
Monitor and manage contractor work jointly with the Product Area Manager;
Verify accuracy of vendor invoicing and invoices;
Proactively identify and resolve team-related risks or impediments, escalating when necessary;
Contribute to continuous application evolution and overcoming technical challenges.
**Requirements:**
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technologies, Computer Science, or a related field;
Practical experience managing and delivering retail applications or web applications;
Strong understanding of web technologies and applications;
Practical experience with technological concepts such as APIs, OMS, and CRM;
Knowledge of capacity planning and management;
Experience managing budgets;
Experience with the Atlassian Suite, particularly Confluence and Jira;
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
Proven experience leading and mentoring teams;
Ability to clearly present ideas to technical, business, and non-technical audiences;
Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, set priorities, and meet deadlines;
Proactive, autonomous profile with interest in exploring new technologies;
Ability to work independently in an Agile environment;
Fluency in English.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
Knowledge of French, Portuguese, or other languages;
Experience in global, distributed, and multi-brand environments;
Exposure to projects in retail engagement or catalog management.
