We cook food that people want to eat again and again, combining classic dishes with creative twists. Due to our expansion and the opening of a new restaurant, we are looking for baker. **Main Responsibilities: Baker / Pastry Production** **Production \& Organization:** * **Set up and organize** the entire pastry and bakery production from the ground up. * **Establish efficient workflows** and high\-quality production standards to ensure a smooth daily operation. * **Handcraft key bakery products**, including: * **Brioche** (including signature brioche buns). * **Bagels.** * **Viennoiserie** (croissants, pain au chocolat, danishes, etc.). * **Selected gluten\-free products.** **Cost Control \& Development:** * **Recipe Development:** Develop and accurately **calculate food costs** for all items prior to launch. * **Cost Management:** Monitor and maintain food cost targets during ongoing production to ensure profitability. * **Innovation:** Actively participate in the creation and development of **seasonal products** and specials. * **Hygiene:** Maintain strict organization and cleanliness within the pastry production area at all times.
