The Logistics department plays a vital role in ensuring a great customer experience. We are organized into three areas, each with distinct responsibilities:
* Replenishment \- We ensure product availability for our customers, partnering with teams across other departments, anticipating stock needs according to sales forecasts and commercial calendar;
* Picking \- We pick, pack, and deliver orders directly to our customers in-store, or prepare shipments via our delivery service;
* Loading and Unloading \- We receive products and replenish them into their respective sales areas, handling pallet trucks and/or forklifts.
