Street Smash Burgers is looking for a **Facility Manager** to lead all maintenance and facilities operations across our stores in Portugal. This is not just maintenance management. It is the role that ensures everything functions smoothly — operational stores, aligned teams, coordinated suppliers, and systems ready to support our growth. With over 20 stores and ongoing international expansion, we seek a hands-on, organized, and execution-oriented professional. **What You’ll Do (The Honest Version):** * Ensure all stores operate at the highest level * Resolve technical issues quickly and minimize downtime * Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance * Manage internal maintenance teams and external suppliers * Prioritize, plan, and execute technical interventions * Negotiate with suppliers, improve SLAs, and optimize costs * Control budgets and centralize technical procurement * Conduct technical audits and implement permanent solutions * Support new store openings and renovations * Ensure technical compliance, safety, and documentation * Develop maintenance systems, reporting, and KPIs **What You Need:** ✔ Experience in Facilities Management or a similar field ✔ Experience managing technical teams and suppliers ✔ Strong organizational and problem-solving skills ✔ A hands-on, action-oriented profile ✔ Solid negotiation and cost-control capabilities ✔ Experience in demanding operational environments ✔ Fluency in Portuguese and English **Bonus Points If You Have:** * Experience in food service, retail, or hospitality * Technical background in refrigeration, HVAC, or electricity * Experience with facilities management software or store openings **What We Offer:** * Annual gross salary between €30,000 and €35,000 * Performance- and KPI-linked bonus opportunity * A role with real impact and strong growth potential * International exposure and a highly dynamic environment * An opportunity to build and lead a growing facilities department * On-site work in Lisbon If you’re the type who enjoys solving problems, organizing processes, and making things happen — apply now! \#StreetSmashBurgers \#NowHiring \#FacilityManager \#FacilitiesManagement \#Lisboa \#Operations \#Hiring \#RestaurantIndustry Compensation: €30,000.00 – €35,000.00 per year Work Location: On-site
