Job Summary: We are seeking a QHSE Technician (M/F) to develop and implement QHSE plans and procedures. Key Highlights: 1. Continuing its growth trajectory, we are seeking a QHSE Technician (M/F) for Lisbon (Santa Apolónia): **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Develop, specify, and implement corporate QHSE technical plans; * Conduct audits and monitor operational QHSE compliance performance at designated facilities; * Liaise with employees, subcontractors, and service providers, ensuring direct cooperation lines for implementing QHSE policies; * Prepare and ensure implementation of corporate QHSE procedures, instructions, and campaigns; * Promote and develop a positive Prevention and Safety culture using innovative and creative methods. * Develop, monitor statistics and reports on QHSE data to assess improvement opportunities and prepare periodic KPI reports. * Prepare and implement QHSE training and safety awareness sessions targeting key QHSE topics. * Prepare for implementation, maintenance, control, and monitoring of ISO 9001/ISO 14001/ISO 45001/ESG management systems; **PROFILE:** * Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Occupational Hygiene and Safety, or related fields; * Minimum 1 year of professional experience as an Occupational Health and Safety Technician; * Proficiency in MS Office; * English language skills (spoken/written); * Knowledge of Portuguese legislation on occupational risk prevention and environmental management (preferred); * Familiarity with ISO 9001/ISO 14001/ISO 45001 standards; * Strong sense of responsibility and commitment; * Excellent oral and written communication skills; * Team-oriented mindset; * Autonomy, organizational ability, and proactivity; * Dynamism and creativity. **WHAT WE OFFER:** Birthday leave; Health insurance; If you believe you match this profile, apply now and take the first step toward joining our team.
