Autonomy and responsibility in the role Thermotelha, a leading company in industrial and logistics roof rehabilitation, is expanding its team by hiring a Site Manager (Civil Engineer) with solid experience and a leadership profile. **Responsibilities** * Management and coordination of industrial and logistics roof rehabilitation projects (installation of metal claddings and waterproofing systems) * Planning of works, control of deadlines, costs, and quality * Team and subcontractor management * Coordination with clients, supervision entities, and other stakeholders * Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations in coordination with the HSE Department * Technical support and on-site problem resolution * After-sales technical follow-up **Required Profile** * Bachelor's/Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related field * Minimum 5 years of experience in site management * Experience in industrial construction projects (preferred) * Strong leadership and team management skills * Excellent planning and organizational abilities * Good communication and negotiation skills * Proficiency in computer tools (MS Office, MS Project, etc.) * Valid driver's license **We Value** * Experience in roof rehabilitation projects * Knowledge of construction site safety * Ability to implement processes and drive continuous improvement **We Offer** * Integration into a solid and growing company * Challenging and large-scale projects * Autonomy and responsibility in the role * Competitive salary commensurate with demonstrated experience * Career progression opportunities Benefits: * Free parking * Company mobile phone Work Location: On-site
