Preventive and corrective maintenance in electricity, HVAC, and hydraulics **Multiskilled Maintenance Technician \- Lisbon** We are recruiting a Multiskilled Maintenance Technician to join a construction-related project based in Lisbon. **Responsibilities** * Ensure general building maintenance, including plumbing, electrical and ventilation systems * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electricity, HVAC, hydraulics, and equipment * Coordinate sewerage, water, and wastewater network clearance operations * Support installation and maintenance procedures * Monitor and report on the condition of equipment and infrastructure * Coordinate preventive measures and technical support tasks **Requirements** * Proven experience in preventive and corrective maintenance of buildings or retail stores * Solid knowledge of electricity, HVAC, and hydraulics (mandatory) * Experience managing teams (preferred) * Immediate availability * Valid driver's license for light vehicles **Offer** * Indefinite-term employment contract * Base salary \+ meal allowance \+ company vehicle * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00 * Integration into a stable project and solid company * Location: Lisbon Note: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted within a maximum of 10 working days.
