Job Summary: We are seeking a Team Coordinator for OBRAMAT, responsible for driving customer satisfaction, sales development, and in-store team coordination. Key Highlights: 1. To achieve this, the talent of our teams is our cornerstone. **WHAT WILL BE YOUR MISSION?** Reporting to the Sector Head, you will contribute — both individually and through team coordination — to customer satisfaction and sales development. **YOU ARE AN ESSENTIAL TEAM MEMBER! Your responsibilities will include:** * Motivating and engaging the team by example, setting priorities, ensuring organization, coordinating sales staff availability at point of sale, executing daily tasks, and consistently guaranteeing safety (PPEs, load handling, hazardous products, etc.). * Ensuring appropriate customer service, promoting sales aligned with customer needs to ensure their satisfaction. * Understanding and communicating the sales plan for each product category. * Maintaining the section under your responsibility, ensuring and coordinating merchandise replenishment and stock reliability through inventories and proper section management. **WHAT IS OUR IDEAL PROFILE?** * Minimum 3 years’ experience motivating and coordinating teams at point of sale. * Experience in large-scale retail and/or retail sectors. * Technical higher education or commerce-related qualifications (vocational training, bachelor’s degree, or university qualifications) are particularly valued. * Geographic mobility would enable access to a specific career development plan linked to the company’s expansion. **WHAT DO WE OFFER FOR HAVING ORANGE BLOOD?** An indefinite-term contract within a financially solid company with an ambitious national and international expansion plan, belonging to one of Europe’s leading distribution groups.
