Job Summary: We are seeking a Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of UAV projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and technical requirements while fostering innovation. We are looking for a **Project Manager** to join our Mechanical Engineering team and lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects related to the development of our UAVs and associated systems. The professional will be responsible for ensuring that each project meets deadlines, budget constraints, and technical requirements, while managing their direct team and facilitating effective coordination across multidisciplinary teams. We seek someone who promotes a culture of rigor, innovation, and continuous improvement, actively contributing to the evolution of our products and processes. ##### **Responsibilities** * Coordinate the full project lifecycle, from requirements definition through to final delivery; * Develop project plans, schedules, resource estimates, and budgets; * Ensure alignment among various engineering teams (mechanical, electronics, software), production, and operations; * Review technical drawings and support the development of junior engineers; * Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation measures; * Create and optimize internal procedures, as well as prepare technical documentation for internal use and for customers; * Manage external suppliers and partners, ensuring quality and on-time delivery; * Promote best practices in project management, ensuring continuous improvement of the team and products; * Support system integration and validation, overseeing testing and critical development phases. ##### **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; * Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in similar roles; * Strong communication, organizational, and priority management skills; * Knowledge of component manufacturing and production processes; * Experience with 3D printing, including SLA, SLS, and FDM technologies; * Experience with automated manufacturing processes and/or computer numerical control (CNC); * Fluent English. ##### **Benefits and Career Opportunities** * Gross salary range: €1900–€2600; * Integration into an innovative, multidisciplinary team; * Stable employment contract and remuneration commensurate with demonstrated experience; * Opportunities for professional growth and advancement within a continuously learning environment. ##### **We Value Diversity** We promote equal opportunities and diversity, encouraging all qualified individuals to apply.
