We are recruiting a **Generalist Instructor (M/F)** for **Element Tercena**, with the following profile: Your responsibilities: * Exercise prescription, monitoring, support, safety, assistance, correction, and motivation of clients during cardiofitness and weight training sessions; * Ensuring service quality; What we look for in you: * Bachelor's degree in Sports or certification as a Physical Exercise Technician (mandatory license); * Professional experience required in similar roles within a gym environment; * Strong communication skills; * Passion for the sports field; * Dynamism and versatility What we offer: * Employment contract (20 hours/week \- holiday bonus); * Opportunity for career advancement.
