Job Summary: We are seeking an HVAC&R Construction Director to coordinate operations on HVAC&R construction projects, ensuring continuous system operation and resource management. Key Highlights: 1. Coordinate HVAC&R construction operations 2. Ensure the proper operation and correction of air conditioning/lighting systems 3. Manage supplier relationships and optimize management To join our Operations team, we seek a Construction Director (m/f). This professional will be primarily responsible for efficiently coordinating operations on construction projects within the HVAC&R field. **Responsibilities:** * Ensure continuous operation of air conditioning and/or lighting systems through supervision * Ensure correction of faults or inefficiencies in systems by performing adjustments or improvements * Control resources required for operation of centralized systems, including spare parts, tools, and equipment * Establish and monitor performance indicators for centralized systems, such as energy consumption and air conditioning performance * Analyze operational reports and data, proposing improvement actions * Ensure efficient integration of centralized systems with other organizational operations to optimize management and increase overall productivity * Manage supplier relationships, including contract negotiation, ensuring quality of contracted products and services, and pursuing better technical and commercial conditions * Provide technical support to staff, offering guidance when necessary **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering * Prior professional experience in similar roles * Leadership and communication skills * Proactivity and teamwork * Availability for travel **Benefits:** * Health insurance (after 6 months of employment) * Company vehicle * Mobile phone and computer * Meal allowance via meal card Employment Type: Full-time Benefits: * Automobile * Meal card/ticket * Health insurance * Company mobile phone License/Certification: * Fluorinated Gases Certificate (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site
