Job Summary: We are seeking a BE Construction Site Director to coordinate construction site operations in the BE area, with a focus on centralized systems and supplier management. Key Highlights: 1. Provide technical support and analyze operational data for improvements To join our Operations team, we are looking for a Construction Site Director (m/f). This professional will be primarily responsible for efficiently coordinating operations at construction sites carried out in the BE area. Responsibilities: * Ensure continuous operation of HVAC and/or lighting systems by supervising them * Address faults or inefficiencies in systems by performing adjustments or improvements * Control resources required for operating centralized systems, including spare parts, tools, and equipment * Establish and monitor performance indicators for centralized systems, such as energy consumption and HVAC performance * Analyze operational reports and data, proposing improvement actions * Ensure efficient integration of centralized systems with other organizational operations to optimize management and increase overall productivity * Manage supplier relationships, including contract negotiation, ensuring quality of contracted products and services, and pursuing optimal technical and commercial terms * Provide technical support to staff, offering guidance when necessary Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with specialization in energy * Prior professional experience in similar roles * Leadership and communication skills * Proactivity and teamwork orientation * Willingness to travel Benefits: * Health insurance (after 6 months of employment) * Company vehicle * Mobile phone and laptop * Meal allowance via meal card Submit your application through the form below or send your CV to recrutamento@race.com.pt, indicating the reference “DOBE”.
