Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic, focused, autonomous, and critically thinking Construction Manager to strengthen our Production Department, leading teams and ensuring commitment to work and the team. Strong ability to lead teams and subcontractors In view of integrating Baltor Engineering and Construction’s Production Department, we seek a Construction Manager to reinforce our team for building construction projects in the Lisbon region. **Candidate Profile:** Dynamism, focus, autonomy, organization, critical and proactive mindset, commitment to work and to the team—along with the following requirements—are sought: * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. * Minimum 3 years of proven experience in construction management for building projects. * High degree of autonomy, organization, rigor, and responsibility. * Results- and objective-oriented mindset, with strong ability to lead teams and subcontractors. * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. * Availability to meet project needs (deadlines, travel within the region). * Knowledge of Public Procurement and legislation applicable to the construction sector. * IT tools: Excel, Word, MS Project, Outlook, AutoCAD; knowledge of CCS and PHC is an advantage. * Class B driver’s license (mandatory). **Required Competencies:** * Results- and objective-oriented mindset; * Proactive, team-oriented, and professional rigor; * Interpersonal relationship skills. **Conditions:** * Remuneration commensurate with demonstrated experience; * Continuous training; * Health insurance.
