We seek an architect with **strong ambition, a sense of responsibility, and a genuine desire to grow with us**, with interest in construction, rehabilitation, construction supervision, site management, technical proposals, and architectural design. We aim for a candidate with a **technical, operational, and versatile profile**, who seeks not only drafting support but also wishes to learn, progress, and gradually assume greater responsibilities within the company. Main Responsibilities * Support in developing architectural design projects; * Support in preparing licensing procedures, prior notifications, and legalisation documents; * Support in reviewing architectural and specialist design projects; * Support in surveys, measurements, quantity take-offs, and cost estimates; * Support in preparing technical and commercial proposals; * Support in organising documentation for proposal processes; * Support in drafting technical reports, site visit reports, and construction documentation; * Support in construction supervision and site management; * Support in budget requests, comparative analyses, and organising information for decision-making; * Interaction with suppliers, contractors, and clients, always under team supervision. Required Profile * Higher education degree in Architecture; * Eligibility for professional internship / IEFP internship will be valued; * Interest in design, construction, rehabilitation, supervision, and technical management; * Strong organisational skills and attention to detail; * Good written and verbal communication skills; * Sense of urgency and ability to respond quickly; * Proactivity, critical thinking, and willingness to learn; * Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously; * Proficiency in AutoCAD/ZWCAD, Excel, Word, and digital tools; * Knowledge of Revit/BIM will be valued. Conditions **Location:** Lisbon / Oeiras / Cascais, with occasional travel to construction sites. **Expected Start Date:** From September. **Preferred Employment Regime:** IEFP Professional Internship, subject to candidate eligibility and application approval. **Internship Allowance:** In accordance with applicable IEFP framework rates and candidate’s qualification level.
