Responsibilities: * Maintain and update programme plans, RAID logs, dashboards, and reports. * Coordinate project governance meetings, preparing presentation packs, minutes, and follow\-ups. * Collect, analyse, and consolidate data for executive reporting. * Support financial and resource tracking across the programme. * Monitor project progress and assist in identifying and resolving risks or issues. * Ensure PMO standards, processes, and governance frameworks are applied consistently. * Prepare and maintain project documentation and ensure data accuracy. * Track activities against the project schedule and assist in stakeholder engagement. * Support audits, stage gate reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives. Essential skills: * 2–5 years of experience in a PMO or project support role within large\-scale programmes. * Solid understanding of project management tools, frameworks, and governance principles. * Excellent Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting skills. * Strong attention to detail, organisation, and analytical mindset. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders at all levels. * Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. * Strong team player with a proactive approach. * Good English Benefits: * The candidate must already reside in Portugal.
