Job Summary: We are seeking a Customer Assistant to prepare quotations, monitor projects, conduct follow-ups, and provide support to the sales team and export processes, acting as an effective point of contact for customers. Assisting in export processes Politejo, a Portuguese multinational company specializing in thermoplastic solutions for infrastructure, is looking for a Customer Assistant (m/f). **Main Responsibilities:** * Prepare detailed quotations together with suppliers and partners, ensuring optimal cost\-benefit ratio; * Continuously monitor and update information regarding quotations and ongoing projects, ensuring accuracy and proper information flow; * Proactively follow up on submitted quotations and ongoing negotiations, facilitating communication among involved parties; * Support the sales team in achieving established goals and deadlines, contributing to the attainment of organizational objectives; **Assist in export processes, ensuring compliance with required standards and procedures;** * Serve as an effective point of contact for internal and external customers on operational matters, promoting clear and assertive communication. **Requirements:** * Academic qualification equivalent to 12th grade; * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles; * Proficiency in MS Office tools; * Experience with SAP (preferred); * Strong communication and organizational skills. **What We Offer:** * Integration into a growing multinational company; * Remuneration commensurate with experience and performance. *By applying to this job posting, you authorize Politejo to collect and process your personal data.
