Your mission will be to **collect data, conduct surveys, and map opportunities in the field**, contributing to a deeper understanding of the market and customers’ real needs. You will represent EDP professionally, transparently, and with a customer-oriented approach. **Your responsibilities will include:** * Conducting **face-to-face surveys** in assigned areas. * Identifying opportunities, gathering relevant information, and mapping customer profiles. * Collecting direct feedback on EDP products/services. * Representing the EDP brand with a professional demeanor. * Updating collected data daily on the internal platform. **We are looking for someone with:** * Strong communication skills and empathy. * Enthusiasm for fieldwork. * Proactivity and ability to work autonomously. * Ease in interacting with diverse individuals. * Immediate availability (preferred). * Prior experience in market research or customer-facing roles is valued but **not required**. **We offer:** * Initial and ongoing training provided by the EDP team. * Work materials \+ official brand identification. * Daily support from a dedicated team. * Internal career progression plan toward coordination roles. * An excellent opportunity to enter the energy sector.
