Specifically, you’ll manage commercial planning, stock control, sales, ensure adherence to company standards and procedures, and maintain product visual impact. You’ll also assign daily tasks to Retail Assistants, develop their capabilities, and sustain their motivation and commitment. When required, you’ll support the checkout area, ensuring all customers enjoy an excellent experience. This is an incredible opportunity for someone eager to work and develop people’s talent. To do so, you’ll need strong communication skills and a broad commercial awareness. As a company in full expansion, our needs span the entire country, and we aim for our teams to gain exposure to a variety of business units to support their professional progression—therefore, national geographical flexibility is an essential requirement.
