We are seeking Shift Supervisors to lead the Extrusion team, ensuring operational efficiency of production lines and team motivation. If you seek a company where you can grow and develop, this project is for you! **Key Responsibilities:** \- Organize shift work by managing the human and material resources required to meet production plans; \- Support and supervise operators' work; \- Machine setup and teardown (reference changes) on extrusion equipment; \- Ensure process control; \- Guarantee optimal equipment operating conditions by identifying issues amenable to correction; \- Report daily to your direct supervisor on finished product availability and quality; \- Complete and organize all documentation required for your functional area, as well as ensure continuity from the previous shift. **Job Requirements:** \- Completed secondary education (12th grade) or equivalent technical \- professional qualification; \- Minimum two years' experience in similar roles (preferred); \- Availability to work rotating shifts. **What We Offer:** \- Integration into a fast-growing, nationally based multinational company; \- Compensation commensurate with experience and demonstrated performance. *By applying to this job posting, you authorize Politejo to collect and process your personal data.
