




Ray.BBDM is currently conducting a recruitment project for a **Data Manager Officer** position at **ANF – Associação Nacional de Farmácias**. This role will be responsible for leading the organization’s data strategy, ensuring implementation of ***Data Governance*** and ***Data Strategy*** (principle of One Source of Truth). Reporting to the Director of Information Systems and Digital Transformation, the incumbent will consolidate dispersed information sources, ensure data quality, integrity, and structured sharing, and implement automations supporting real-time *reporting*, management indicators, and market intelligence. The role will serve as the primary driver of a data-driven culture, promoting informed, consistent, and strategically aligned decision-making. **Key Responsibilities** * Define and execute the enterprise-wide data strategy, ensuring governance, quality, integrity, and structured data sharing (principle of *One Source of Truth*); * Identify, integrate, and manage internal and external data sources (structured and unstructured), including development of *data lakes*; * Establish and enforce policies, standards, and guidelines for data collection, integration, processing, and usage; * Ensure continuous evolution of technological and data architecture, promoting scalability, automation, and *self-service* solutions; * Lead *task forces* and initiatives that maximize data value, particularly through artificial intelligence and innovation; * Monitor relevant national and international legislation and regulation, and foster a *data-driven* culture across the organization. **Profile Requirements** * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Economics, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Engineering, or Information Systems and Technology; * Additional training in *business intelligence* or related fields; * Minimum 8 years of professional experience in similar roles; * Experience in corporate environments, with strong understanding of internal dynamics and ability to address organizational challenges; * Knowledge of data governance best practices and data tools; * Proficiency in English. **Offer** * A strategic role within a leading association in the pharmaceutical sector, with direct visibility to the Director of Information Systems and Digital Transformation and direct impact on data governance and strategy. * An innovative and collaborative environment offering autonomy, professional development, and involvement in digital transformation projects. * Strong potential for professional advancement and high relevance within an organization where data constitutes the primary raw material for strategic decisions and policy proposals.
