Job Summary: Pastelaria Pau de Canela is seeking a Store Manager to lead the team and oversee daily operations, ensuring excellence in customer service and store standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure excellence in customer service Pastelaria Pau de Canela, with its own production facility, is looking for an organized, dedicated, and dynamic professional to serve as **Store Manager**, thereby strengthening the **Alverca** team. **Job Description:** · Support the Store Manager in daily store operations; · Coordinate and motivate the team; · Plan, organize, and coordinate all necessary resources to achieve commercial objectives; · Greet and serve customers courteously and professionally, ensuring adherence to defined service standards; · Perform table and counter service; · Ensure product restocking, organization, and presentation; · Comply with and ensure compliance with company-defined Hygiene and Occupational Safety regulations; · Ensure the store has the appropriate quantity and quality of human resources required to meet objectives; · Enforce employee appearance guidelines; · Ensure all food hygiene and safety conditions are maintained in the store; · Ensure proper restocking and display of products in the store; · Handle customer complaints from the store. **Requirements:** · Prior experience in roles such as Assistant Store Manager, intermediate supervisor, or Store Manager—preferably in the pastry industry; · Leadership and team management skills; · Strong communication and presentation abilities; · Passion for customer service and teamwork; · Proactive attitude; · Sense of responsibility, organization, attendance, and punctuality; · Immediate availability; · Minimum educational qualification: 12th grade. **We Offer:** · A positive work environment; · Competitive salary commensurate with demonstrated experience; · Opportunities for career progression; · Employment contract. **Note**: Interested candidates must send an updated CV with photo to the email address: candidaturas@paudecanela.pt Type of position: Full-time Work location: On-site
