About the Role We are seeking a Lead .NET Fullstack Developer with a strong technical background, proven leadership capabilities, and a passion for building scalable, high-quality software solutions. This role includes leading fullstack development initiatives, defining modern .NET- and web-based architectures, and mentoring technical teams focused on excellence and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities * Lead the design, development, and deployment of fullstack applications using .NET Framework / .NET Core and modern UI frameworks. * Provide technical leadership and mentoring to the programming team, promoting best practices in coding, architecture, and DevOps. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable architectures and microservices-based solutions. * Develop and maintain REST APIs, ensuring seamless integration between frontend and backend. * Work with Optimizely CMS or similar DXP/CMS platforms to develop content-oriented solutions. * Manage and optimize SQL and NoSQL databases, ensuring performance and scalability. * Apply DevOps tools such as GitHub Actions to automate builds and deployments. * Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and foster continuous improvement within the team. Mandatory Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field. * Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a C# .NET developer (.NET Framework / .NET Core). * Practical experience with Optimizely CMS or equivalent DXP platforms. * Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL. * Solid knowledge of REST API development and consumption. * Experience with modern frameworks such as React or Next.js. * Proven experience in technical leadership and team mentoring. * Practical knowledge of DevOps, including GitHub workflows and actions. * Experience with scalable architectures and microservices. * English level B2 or higher. * Availability for a hybrid model (2 days per week onsite in Lisbon).
