Fleet Support Responsibilities Analyze customer reservations and fleet stock levels across all stations to ensure each station has the vehicles selected by customers, in optimal operating and presentation condition; Organize the station so vehicles are parked by category, optimizing space and time during vehicle handover to customers; Coordinate and authorize vehicle relocations, create transfer documents, and inform subcontracted staff, if necessary, about required movements; Conduct internal audits by randomly inspecting vehicles and cross-referencing with existing computerized records; Report mechanical issues communicated by customers upon vehicle return; assess vehicle condition; request towing; route the vehicle to the workshop; verify mileage and fuel level; and issue refueling instructions, if needed; Mark vehicles as “ready to depart” on the platform and notify subcontracted staff to position them appropriately in the parking lot; Ensure all vehicles carry the required documentation to comply with legal requirements and internal policies; Deliver vehicles to customers, explaining vehicle-specific features and clarifying questions when necessary; Perform vehicle check-in upon customer returns, inspecting and recording any damages; Record fuel receipts generated by SIXT on the platform for cost control; Analyze the monthly fuel report, cross-checking data against platform entries to detect and correct errors; Submit monthly information regarding Via Verde devices per station for inventory control; Remove vehicles from the platform upon notification from Central Services regarding scheduled maintenance, rendering them unavailable for rental, and alert subcontracted staff to route them to the workshop; Carry out other duties not specified above, as required to achieve objectives and ensure SIXT’s smooth operation. Profile Minimum required education level (12th grade); Minimum one year of professional experience, preferably with fleet management knowledge; English language proficiency; Availability to work rotating shifts; Class B driver’s license.
