The candidate to be recruited must have solid experience in team and construction project management, assuming the role of **Contract Manager (CM) Coordination** within the electromechanical construction area. This professional will be responsible for: * Ensuring monitoring and management of CMs, guaranteeing control and proper execution of construction works; * Promoting sustainable development of the electromechanical department; * Coordinating and optimizing resources, ensuring operational efficiency and achievement of objectives; * Enhancing departmental growth by identifying opportunities and promoting best practices. Scope of activity focuses primarily on electrical and HVAC construction works, including: * Electric mobility * Energy generation and storage * Lighting * Energy efficiency **Job Requirements and Competency Profile:** * Higher education degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering; * Registration with the Order of Engineers or the Order of Technical Engineers (preferred); * Strong leadership and team coordination capabilities; * High resilience and adaptability; * Autonomy in decision-making; * Team spirit and collaboration; * High motivation level and focus on achieving objectives.
