Hoti Hotels, a Group with over 40 years of market presence, is currently recruiting a Second-Shift Receptionist (M/F) for its Lisbon hotels (Melia Lisboa Aeroporto, Moxy Lisboa Oriente, Melia Lisboa Oriente, and Star Inn Lisboa). Main Responsibility: Attending to customers across various service areas, including telephone reception, check-in and check-out, interdepartmental coordination, access control, and reservation management. Profile and Requirements: Academic qualification equivalent to 12th grade or Technical/University degree; Minimum one year of relevant work experience; Proficiency in computer tools, particularly Microsoft Office and NewHotel; Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage; Strong communication skills and customer orientation; Team spirit and interpersonal relationship skills; Dynamism, proactivity, and stress resilience; Availability to work day and night shifts.
