If you enjoy working in dynamic environments, pay attention to detail, and wish to join a company with global impact — this opportunity is for you! ### **Your Responsibilities:** * Receive suppliers and inspect goods; * Validate and enter invoices into the system; * Organize and control documentation; * Support the **finance and procurement departments**; * Communicate with internal teams and suppliers, ensuring smooth operations. ### **What We Look For In You:** * Completed secondary education (training in administrative or accounting fields is a plus!); * Minimum of **1 year of experience in administrative roles**; * Solid knowledge of **Excel** and computer tools (essential); * Rigor, organization, and **attention to detail**; * Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset; * Responsibility and ability to manage deadlines and unforeseen events; * * Availability to work **flexible hours** (including weekends and holidays, as required).
