If you are looking for a new professional challenge, this project is ideal for you: Responsibilities: * Recruit, select, and hire staff through external partners or directly, ensuring the Platform is staffed with appropriately skilled personnel to achieve results; * Develop and monitor onboarding plans, collaborating with Managers to ensure proper welcome and integration of new employees; * Manage and organize administrative and legal HR processes related to employee onboarding and/or offboarding; * Participate in processing and verifying all information required for payroll processing. Profile: * Team-oriented mindset; * Strong communication skills; * Dynamism and proactivity; * Flexibility regarding working hours; * Higher education degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field suitable for the role (mandatory); * Relevant professional experience.
