Summary: Seeking an Advanced Technical Support Specialist to provide high-level technical guidance on solutions, products, and payloads, translating complex engineering topics for sales and client engagements. We are looking for an Advanced Technical Support Specialist to join our team and support the Sales department by providing high\-level technical guidance on our solutions, products, and payloads, helping translate complex engineering topics into clear customer\-facing information during meetings, events, demonstrations, and national and international business engagements. ##### **Main Responsibilities** * Provide real\-time technical support during client meetings, demos, and events. * Act as a bridge between Product Engineering and Sales, explaining complex technical concepts * Handle and follow up on advanced technical questions from clients. * Participate in on\-site demonstrations, trials, and field operations. * Support integration discussions (payloads, communications, software, interoperability). * Maintain up\-to\-date knowledge of products, capabilities, and ongoing developments. * Identify customer feedback and technical gaps, relaying insights back to Engineering. * Contribute to training the Sales team, improving their baseline technical understanding. ##### **Requirements** * Fluency in English (mandatory). * Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify and present complex technical concepts in a clear, digestible manner. * Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field. * Technical knowledge in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, and IT is highly valued. * Problem\-solving mindset and the ability to collaborate effectively with different teams. * Willingness to travel frequently both nationally and internationally to support the Commercial team. ##### **Benefits and Career Opportunities** * Be part of a motivated multidisciplinary and innovative team; * Stable contractual relationship; * Salary according to demonstrated experience; * Opportunities for professional development and growth in a learning\-driven environment. ##### **We value diversity** We promote equal opportunities and diversity and encourage all qualified individuals to apply.
