When guests dine at our venues, your warm greeting, impeccable table setup, and friendly demeanor will not go unnoticed. Regardless of the day, your goal is to deliver a dining experience that guests will remember long after their stay.* **What you will do*** Welcome guests and promptly seat and serve tables * Serve food and beverages to guests and provide recommendations, as needed * Share your menu knowledge to assist guests with questions and special requests * Accurately and timely enter transactions into the MICROS system * Proactively engage with guests to ensure satisfaction with each dish and beverage * Clear tables, complete closing tasks, and restock china and other supplies **What we look for** * Strong conversational skills and team orientation * Positive attitude and extroverted personality * Prior waiter/waitress experience: considered a strong advantage This position requires the ability to move and lift up to 25 pounds (10 kg). You must also be able to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and maintain a professional appearance with a clean uniform.
