Job Summary: We are looking for an Engineer to manage the maintenance team and optimize processes in a multinational company. Key Highlights: 1. Main Responsibilities: · Manage the maintenance team and coordinate daily activities; · Develop and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance plans; · Implement predictive maintenance practices to minimize equipment downtime; · Identify opportunities for improvement in maintenance processes; · Ensure all maintenance procedures comply with safety standards and regulations. Requirements: · Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering and minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles; OR technical qualification and minimum 8 years of experience in similar roles; · Knowledge of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance processes; · User-level proficiency in maintenance management software.
