Job Summary: Estagion is seeking an experienced Creative Professional specializing in creative direction to lead conceptual development and drive innovation for a communication project for the Institute of Registers and Notaries (eBUPI). Collaborate with strategists and stakeholders to advocate proposals **ABOUT THE PROJECT** Estagion is recruiting a Creative Professional with experience in creative direction for an innovation and communication project for the Institute of Registers and Notaries (eBUPI). We are looking for someone with strong creative vision, the ability to lead concepts, and experience in public-sector projects. **YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES** * Lead the creative direction of the project, ensuring originality and impact in all solutions * Develop and communicate creative concepts aligned with eBUPI’s objectives * Ensure creative coherence and quality of all deliverables produced by the team * Collaborate with the Strategist to ensure alignment between creative concept and strategy * Supervise creative execution and ensure adherence to quality standards * Present and advocate creative proposals to project stakeholders **WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR** * Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing and Advertising, or a related field in communication * Minimum of 4 years of experience in communication and design * Experience in creative direction for innovation and/or service design projects in the public sector * Portfolio showcasing reference creative work * Ability to lead creatively and collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams **WHAT WE OFFER** * Creative leadership of a nationally visible project * Remuneration up to €48/hour (service provision contract) * Integration into a creative and multidisciplinary team * Opportunity to work on an innovation project for the public sector **HOW TO APPLY** Send your CV and portfolio (if applicable) to **estagion.sales@estagion.com**, with the subject line "Creative Professional \| Creative Direction \& Communication".
