We are looking for a creative, responsible, and beverage- and hospitality-passionate **Bartender / Barmaid** to join our team in Lisbon. **Mission** Create unique experiences through bar service — combining technique, rhythm, and personality to ensure every guest enjoys a memorable moment. **Main Responsibilities** * Greet and serve customers with friendliness and professionalism; * Prepare and serve simple and complex drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic); * Ensure quality and consistency of served beverages; * Maintain an organized, clean, and fully stocked bar; * Support dining room service when necessary; * Manage the cash register and end-of-shift closing; * Contribute to a positive atmosphere and overall smooth operation of the restaurant. **Candidate Profile** * Minimum **1 year of bar experience** (mandatory requirement); * Technical training in bartending or hospitality (preferred); * Solid knowledge of mixology, drink composition, and beverage service; * Creativity and attention to detail; * Good spoken Portuguese and English; * Team spirit, dynamism, and excellent communication skills; * Strong sense of responsibility and customer orientation. **We Offer** * **Fixed schedule:** 4:30 PM – 1:00 AM (8 hours/day); * **5 days per week**, with **2 consecutive and fixed days off (Sunday and Monday)**; * **Financial stability**; * Integration into a young, creative, and growing team; * Real opportunity for professional growth. * Vibrant and collaborative work environment; **If you love rhythm, are passionate about cocktails, and believe hospitality is an art form — join Comadre.** Employment Type: Full-time Selection Question(s): * Are you based in Lisbon?
