If you dislike unnecessary bureaucracy but value rigor and ethics, this is the right place for you. We expect you to be responsible, detail-oriented, and always available to help a colleague clarify questions about their payslip. Your mission is to transform data and tables into an outstanding support experience—ensuring everything runs smoothly, energetically, and efficiently. **Your Responsibilities:** * End-to-end payroll processing; * Ensuring compliance with statutory reporting obligations (Social Security, DMR, etc.); * Administrative management of payroll processes; * Managing working hours, absences, medical leaves, vacations, and time banks; * Supporting the preparation of payroll management reports and dashboards (Payroll KPIs); * Clarifying employee questions regarding payslips and labor legislation; * Supporting preparation of the Single Report; * Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions and cross-team alignment; * Managing employee benefits. **Your Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Accounting, or related fields (mandatory); * 2–3 years of professional experience in Payroll roles, preferably within a multinational environment (mandatory); * Solid knowledge of labor legislation (mandatory); * Proficiency in Payroll systems (Primavera preferred); * Strong Excel skills (mandatory); * Good English proficiency (mandatory); * Analytical, organized profile with exceptional attention to detail, resilience, and ability to work under pressure. **What We Offer:** * Permanent contract; * Competitive remuneration aligned with role and proven experience; * Meal allowance; * Health insurance; * Career progression opportunities; * Dynamic and collaborative work environment; * Additional vacation days (including birthday); * Company mobile phone and laptop.
