Initial training Job Title: Call Center Operator – (Home Office) Location: Home Office (Remote) Contract Type: To be defined Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM Job Description: We seek communicative, dynamic, and results-oriented individuals to join our Home Office Call Center team. The professional will be responsible for prospecting new customers, presenting our services, and conducting sales via telephone contact, thereby contributing to the company's growth. Main Responsibilities: * Make telephone calls to prospect new customers; * Present the company’s products and/or services clearly and persuasively; * Identify customer needs and present the most suitable solutions; * Negotiate and finalize sales, meeting defined targets; * Record all interactions and business opportunities in internal systems; * Follow up with potential customers throughout the sales process; * Ensure professional service focused on customer satisfaction. Requirements: * Completed secondary education (12th grade) (preferred); * Proactive, resilient, and goal-oriented profile; * Basic user-level computer skills; * Strong organizational and time management skills; * Stable internet connection and suitable conditions for Home Office work.
