JOB SCOPE Reporting to the Packaging Maintenance Supervisor and under the supervision of the Packaging Shift Leader, the professional will be responsible for equipment tuning tasks, consistently adhering to the ASR Group’s standards for Quality, Food Safety, Occupational Safety, Environment, and Sustainability. RESPONSIBILITIES Perform tuning tasks and inspect machines under responsibility, particularly on bagging and packaging lines, as well as conveyor belts. Replace and repair parts whenever necessary. Use equipment correctly and maintain cleanliness within the assigned area. Collaborate in activities related to preventive, predictive, and facility improvement maintenance plans. Participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives. Perform maintenance and upkeep of equipment, as well as necessary repairs, within the scope of responsibility. Comply with all Quality, Food Safety, and Food Defense policies, standards, and requirements. Ensure production of products meeting Quality, Food Safety, and Authenticity standards. Promote the Culture of Quality, Food Safety, Occupational Safety, Environment, and Sustainability, ensuring compliance with product and process requirements. COMPETENCIES AND KNOWLEDGE Responsible and dedicated; Punctual and available to work shifts; Active and dynamic; Able to quickly diagnose issues within the operational area; Knowledge of occupational health and safety, quality, and continuous improvement (preferred); English language proficiency (preferred). PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE 3–5 years of experience in an industrial setting. Experience in predictive/preventive maintenance techniques. Forklift operation certification (preferred).
