Required Profile: \- Strong ability to read, interpret, and implement technical drawings; \- Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office, 3D, AutoCAD, and Project; \- Excellent planning and organizational skills; \- Sense of responsibility and autonomy; \- Team spirit. Main Responsibilities: \- Supervision and coordination of construction projects; \- Team coordination; \- Determination of material, equipment, and labor quantities; \- Deadline control; \- Preparation and measurement of project documentation, as required by site management; \- Execution measurements for construction works, aimed at preparing measurement certificates; \- Proposal of alternative solutions to the project that may improve the final profitability of the works.
