Come be part of Inetum! **Job Description** **Responsibilities :** * Willingness and ability to evolve in the area demonstrating proactivity in topics inside and outside their scope; * Ability to work in a team and in a heterogeneous environment * Social skills for 1st line management with the end user; * Critical thinking; * Knowledge of ITIL processes and ITSM tools; * On\-Site Work Regime (Hybrid); **Mandatory:** * Monitoring TV dashboards in the office; * Tape rotation for daily off\-site vaulting process; * Intermediate knowledge from the user's perspective of Productivity tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, MS Teams); * Incident and Service Request management in the internal ITSM tool (Service\-Now) and in suppliers' Web portals; * Intermediate knowledge of Active Directory and Domain object management (Users, Security Groups, Computers, DNS records); * Basic knowledge of Windows server administration; * Basic knowledge of PowerShell for script creation/execution;
